Angela Scappatura (SAG-AFTRA) has narrated nearly 200 titles for audio publishers including Hachette, Penguin Random House, Simon and Schuster, Brilliance, Podium and Tantor. She has also voiced documentaries and short-form audio.
She has narrated everything from thriller and nonfiction to romance and fantasy across several pseudonyms and excels at bringing complex characters to life.
Her pseudonym won the 2024 SOVAS Award for Outstanding Audiobook Narration – Romance.
A classically trained vocalist and pianist, she has performed with her jazz and blues band nationally, as well as internationally, over a career spanning more than two decades.
Angela has been many things in her life, but at the core of everything has been her desire to tell stories in compelling and interesting ways. She adores complicated, emotionally driven stories and characters. As a narrator, she leverages her vocal training and versatility to help bring those stories to life.
When she isn't working, Angelina is an avid night and astrophotographer. She loves going on late night walks, capturing the interplay between light and dark.
